Even if your not a fan of portabella mushrooms, you have to be a fan of this mushroom wood. Absolutely beautiful wear on this soft hemlock wood that is used for growing mushrooms. The process is quite interesting I might add. Currently, TIMBERCRAFT has stock of this beautiful reclaimed hemlock at our Windsor location, approx. 9000 sq ft worth. What a busy summer! Time has flown by for us Timbercraft folk, and I'm sure it's been the same for many of the readers. It's wonderful to see the crops growing strong in the fields, to smell the fresh harvested wheat as the warm breeze whistles by, and dig in to a nice BBQ dinner after a hard days work. We truly are blessed, and knowing that, in turn may it always be on the forefront of our minds to share, give, and love for we know that we are doing better than we deserve. T

It's always amazing to see what can come of craftsmanship. The most recent work completed was a personal item for one of Timbercraft's own. This solid oak toy storage dresser was a custom piece. The wood used was from some interior solid oak studs from an old barn in the Windsor Ontario area. Planed down just enough, with a nice sanded finish to leave the original saw marks displayed.
